The price of washing and drying (72 minutes cycle) varies from 1.80 to 2,80 €.

The Maytag washer is made in the US. That´s why its labeling of washing programs is oriented more on American market.  It doesn´t heat up incoming water as it is common for our home washer. It mixes cold and hot tap water as follows:

• White laundry – whites – hot water: 50 – 60 °C
• Coloured laundry – colours – warm water: 30 – 40 °C
• Bright/light laundry- cold water: 20 – 25 °C
• Noncreasing laundry – warm water: 30 – 40 °C
• Wool – cold water: 20 – 25 °C
• Delicate – warm water: 30 – 40 °C

As the distribution of hot water within a building can vary in terms of time and location, the washing temperature could be slightly different. Therefore it shows the range of temperature, not the precise temperature.

The only public Laundromat is in Mlynska Dolina, at student´s campus Ludovita Stura, next to the entrance of Unique Club. In case you want to visit another Cent Laundromats, please agree with the responsible person of the facility (receptionist or head of lodging).

Yes, you can. The washer automatically locks down and the remaining time appears on a display.

Drying cycle takes 72 minutes.

It is not possible to set up the time of your washing. There are different programs with specific duration of washing. However, you can stop your drying whenever you open the door.

The duration of washing cycle appears on a display right after you select your washing program. It lasts from 41 up to 45 minutes. Some washers have so called quick washing program which lasts only 34 minutes.

We switched to cashless payment due to incorrect behavior of some customers who kept damaging coin machinery in attempt to falsify the payment. This caused us great inconvenience and put the machines out of order.
